The [Background] tab is where you can edit and manage the background properties of AvaKit. By changing the type of background or setting the desired image, you can personalize your broadcasting environment.

First, select the type of background you want: [Image], [Solid Color], or [Transparent].

Image Background

You can upload the desired image to AvaKit and use it as the background. When you upload an [Image], it will be added to the [Image List].

Here are three modes for adjusting the background image:

  1. Fill: Adjusts the aspect ratio of the image to fill the background entirely.
  2. Fit: Maintains the aspect ratio of the image while fitting it to the background. If part of the image does not fit horizontally or vertically, white space will be left.
  3. Crop: Maintains the aspect ratio of the image while fitting it to the background. The image is zoomed in as much as possible to avoid blank space on the background, and any parts of the image that exceed the background are cropped.

Color Filter: Applies a color filter to the image. You can select the desired color from the [Color Picker] or choose from the [Color Chips] to apply the filter.

Solid Color Background

Set the background to a solid color. After changing the background type to solid color, please select the desired color from the [Color Picker]. Alternatively, you can enter the [HEX] code of the desired color to select it. The transparency value to the right of the [HEX] code is adjustable.

If you frequently use certain colors, it's convenient to save them as presets in the Color Chips below. After selecting the desired color from the [Color Picker], press the + button on the [Color Chips] to add the color preset. You can set up to 8 Color Chips, and they can be deleted by right-clicking.
