User Report allows users to send feedback, report bugs, or make suggestions to the AvaKit development team. It collects only user-inputted information and basic data required for bug resolution, ensuring that no personal information is transmitted.

User Report

You can access the [User Report] by clicking the [Help] button at the bottom of the [Item Panel]. If you need to quickly access the [User Report] or cannot use the [Help] button, you can press the F10 key to open it.

The [User Report] gathers essential information for the AvaKit development team:

• Name: Used to identify users and communicate progress and results regarding the submitted content.
• Email: Used by the AvaKit development team to share confirmation of [User Report] receipt, progress status, requests for additional information, etc. If you do not have an email, please provide an alternative contact channel such as a Discord ID or personal social media address.
• Category: The type of [User Report] being submitted. There are four categories:
  • Camera: Errors related to the camera.
  • Bug: Errors such as malfunctioning functions or abnormal shutdowns.
  • Suggestion: Suggestions for usability improvements or additional features.
  • Performance: Issues related to poor performance, such as frame drops or lag.
• Description: Additional information about the problem situation. Providing detailed descriptions helps in resolving issues quickly.

After providing all the necessary information, please click the Submit button at the bottom right to send the report to the AvaKit development team. The team will endeavor to take prompt action on the report through thorough research and development efforts.
